It is our duty to preserve the memory of everyone who gave their life for Ukraine’s freedom and independence, and to express boundless gratitude to their families.
“Unity Through Memory” is a national project that holds solemn ceremonies honoring Ukraine’s fallen defenders and presents a public award — the “For Honor and Courage” Order (posthumously).
The initiative aims to inscribe the names of today’s titans into modern history, unite society around shared memory, and give deep moral support to the families of service members.
